Shuttles will begin returning on the half hour until the conclusion of the reception.

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests not listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Wedding Day Transportation - Transportation will be provided to the ceremony site. Should you plan to drive into Pebble Beach, please park at the Casa Palmero Spa Parking lot. A shuttle will then take you to the ceremony site. We will also be offering pick ups from downtown Carmel. Please check back closer to the wedding date for specific locations and times. 

Note - there will be a short walk (5 minute) from Ceremony to Cocktail hour.

There is ample parking located near The Hay. You are also able to utilize a ride share service to drop you off and pick you up from The Hay.

The wedding is black tie formal – black tux for men and long or ankle-length dresses for women. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Since the location is on the coast, we highly recommend bringing a shawl and/or additional layer. The ceremony will take place on grass. Please plan footwear appropriately.
