  • We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of those in the bridal party.

  • Transportation to and from the Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be provided. 

  • Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

  • Transportation will be provided to the ceremony site. Should you plan to drive into Pebble Beach, please park at the Casa Palmero Spa Parking lot. A shuttle will then take you to the ceremony site. We will also be offering pick ups from downtown Carmel. Please check back closer to the wedding date for specific locations and times. 

    *Note: there will be a short walk (5 minute) from Ceremony to Cocktail hour.

  • There is ample parking located near The Hay. You are also able to utilize a ride share service to drop you off and pick you up from The Hay.

  • The wedding is black tie formal. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Since the location is on the coast, we highly recommend bringing a shawl and/or layer. In addition, the ceremony will take place on grass. Please plan footwear appropriately.
